1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Capitalty provides digital agency services including but not limited to web design, mobile app development, branding, hosting, and digital marketing. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals
• A deposit is required before work begins
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Capitalty retains the right to display work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

Capitalty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Termination fees and payment for completed work will apply as specified in the project agreement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes.
